Job Description, Required Skills and Abilities :
ü To handle day to day operational contracts of the company such as supplier / sales contracts, operation & maintenance agreements, contract manufacturing / outsourcing agreements, government bids / tender contracts etc.
ü To handle all kinds of contracts related to business finance such as debt-financing, derivative agreements, CCD / OFCD agreements, funding / borrowing agreements, security creation contracts etc.
ü To handle all sorts of contracts strategic agreements such as share subscription agreements, shareholders agreement and similar contracts entered in private equity, venture-capital, slump sale, asset or business transfer contracts, merger & acquisitions etc.
ü To handle the entire documentation management including submitting necessary MIS / reports to senior management from time to time.
ü To keep track of the compliance / obligations arising out of these contracts and shall maintain such systems or processes in place to ensure the proper updation and compliance of all such ongoing obligations.
ü To handle the ligitation profile if the company, brief lawyers and to liaise with law firms, advocates and other advisors / consultants, as required.
ü To handle IP (Intellectual Property), Trademark and patents of the company.
v Have excellent written communication, and networking skills.
v Have excellent team management skills, working with cross functional team and providing support to internal stakeholders.
v Be able to articulate and have attention to detail
