Job Description, Required Skills and Abilities :
Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls • To maintain the register of visitors • To maintain the records of outward and inward couriers • To maintain bills register • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook) • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc. • Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager. • Vendor and Housekeeping Management • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities • Transport arrangement • To Prepare, negotiate and maintaining the AMC work
