Job Description, Required Skills and Abilities :
This position provides supervision for varied administrative activities including office
,Employee transportation services, Utility vehicles planning & availability,Management of a pool ofvehicles,office furniture & equipment’s, relocation services, expatriate
employee services, mail management, contracting of service providers, Active management of procurement process.

Ensures seamless employee transportation with the help of staff buses & Pool vehicles
Ensures uninterrupted services of Utility vehicles for internal employee transportation.
Ensures availability of Shuttle buses as per operational requirements.
Ensures that office furniture, equipment, are repaired / procured in a timely manner
Manages & orders office keys and replacements.
Interacts with the Purchasing and Finance functions to ensure timely delivery and payment of all admin related services
Ensures office machines are serviced properly (i.e., copy, fax, printers).
Responsible for maintenance contracts for equipment’s.
Supervises the pick-up and delivery of company mail, both through postal services and courier & ensures that these are handled properly and promptly.
The position is primarily expected to deliver by following specific company policies in the management of administrative activities. The position is expected to deliver results in a timely & quality manner

The position reports to the AGM Administration
The scope of this position is domestic.

Internal Staff at various functions who require administrative support
External Vendors & suppliers, Contractors
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (IPE Factor: Knowledge)
College degree preferably in business , accounting or related discipline.
Requires at least five years of experience in private industry, preferably in general admin istration or purchasing. Of this at least 3 years would have been at a supervisory level
Must have extensive knowledge of administrative practices and principles, including accounting.
Must be able to exercise sound business judgment in order to set direction and establish priorities.
Requires excellent supervisory skills, including planning, organizing, and directing work.

Requires effective interpersonal skills.
Fluency in local language highly desirable.
Requires excellent analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data, and Excel spreadsheet proficiency.
Must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.
