Job Description, Required Skills and Abilities :
- Handling secretarial work to MD
- To look into the operational activities of the company
- In charge of several departments.
- Generating statistical reports of the company.
- Efficiently assist in planning Scheduling and Coordinating of the Meeting.
- Preparing minutes of meetings.
- Coordinated tasks for staff meetings and Board meetings.
- Any other work assigned to be done from time to time.
- Co-ordination travel, hotel and care and other arrangements.
- To go rounds every Tuesday and prepare a detailed report
- To attend any visitors to the hospital who come to see our facilities
- Assist the MD in his day-to-day correspondence and Handling important calls.
